30 day returns on all standard items (puff print hoodies and t-shirts), but we do not currently accept returns on personalised items.

For the hand embroidered items, I paint out eaceh pet and then embroider over the top of the design to be as accurate as possible!
For machine embroidered items, I draw out the pets digitally, then digitized the design and embroider it via machine in my home studio.
